Tailors Row — Website Redesign & Brand ElevationThe client: Tailors Row, a bespoke London tailoring brand offering made-to-measure suits, trousers and wedding packages from £150–£650.The problem: The existing website had the bones of a site but none of the soul. A muted grey and blue colour palette drained any sense of luxury from the brand. The layout was static — a fixed banner that didn't respond as users scrolled gave the whole experience a stiff, amateur feel. Content was limited to a home page, about section, gallery and basic product display, with no real functionality for a customer to actually do anything. For a brand selling premium craftsmanship, the site was doing the opposite of its job — undermining trust rather than building it.What I built: A full redesign from the ground up. New visual identity, colour palette and layout designed to reflect the premium, handcrafted nature of the brand. Full service and pricing pages allowing customers to explore packages and make enquiries directly — replacing what was previously an inert product display with no clear next step. A live AI chatbot integrated via third-party to handle enquiries around the clock. Mobile-first, responsive design throughout — including a dynamic scrolling banner that actually moves with the user.The result: A site that finally matches the quality of the product.
